The wind and percussion instruments department at the Setúbal Regional Conservatory offers a solid and progressive education focused on the technical, artistic, and interpretative development of students. In wind instruments, students work on breath control, sound, intonation, and musical phrasing; in percussion, they develop rhythmic sense, coordination, precision, and instrumental versatility. Throughout the course, individual learning is combined with ensemble practice, allowing students to integrate different formations and consolidate essential skills for their musical training.
