Complaints Book

O Conservatório Regional de Setúbal has a Complaints Book, available in physical format at its premises and also in electronic format, in accordance with the legislation in force (Decree-Law No. 156/2005, of 15 September, with subsequent amendments).

The Electronic Complaints Book allows consumers and users to submit complaints, suggestions or compliments in a simple and direct manner to the competent authorities.

How to make a complaint

When you access this official platform, you will be directed to the digital form where you can submit your complaint, choose the sector of activity and identify the Conservatory as the entity being complained about.
